    • Do you offer sponsorships?

    • How do I contact you?

      Please use the Contact Us form to send us a message. Your written message gives us time to research the question and provide an informed response. Within business hours, we are usually able to respond withing 24 hours.

Orders

    • How do I change something on my order?

      Please make all modifications to your order while it's still in the cart. Chances are slim that we'll be able to catch your order in time to make modifications after it's submitted. We process orders almost immediately. If something's amiss with your order, please immediately use the Contact Us form to message and we'll do our best to make accommodations.

    • Can I change my address after I place my order?

      Please make all address modifications prior to submitting the order. Chances are slim that we'll be able to catch your order in time to modify the address after the order is submitted. We process orders almost immediately. If something's amiss with the address, please immediately use the Contact Us form to message and we'll do our best to make accommodations.

    • How do I cancel my order?

      Customers expect fast order processing and because of that we process orders almost immediately. If you'd like to cancel your order please immediately use the Contact Us form to message and we'll do our best to make accommodations. Once the order is processing, however, we will be unable to stop it.

    • Can I get a discount?

      Any discounts we offer will be automatically applied in the cart.

Paying

    • How can I pay for my order?

      We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, payments through your Amazon account, and Bitcoin. Please see Payment Methods for more information. All payment options available will be listed on the checkout (cart) page.

    • For international orders, who pays import duties/taxes/charges?

      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included with the order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

    • How long will my order take to be delivered?

      Delivery estimates are generally provided at the time of checkout and are also available in your Order History. Delivery times depend on the order processing time, shipping service, and your location. For international orders, additional time may be required for the package to get cleared through your country's customs. Please contact your customs office for time estimates.     • Can I track my order?

      Yes, you can! When your order has shipped you will receive an "order shipped" confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided in that email. You may also check your Order History for tracking information.

    • Why hasn't my tracking updated?

      The tracking status will be updated once the package is processed through the carrier's sorting facility. If the tracking has not updated for a couple of days, please Contact Us.

    • Can I change my address after I place my order?

      ASAP Hobbies does not manufacture products. If you would like to get product warranty information please contact the product manufacturer.

    • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

      An account is not required. However, having an account allows for a customized shopping experience; fast and easy checkout; the ability to create and send wishlists; the ability to provide product reviews; and the ability to return merchandise.

Product & Technical

    • When will this product be back in stock?

      Product availability depends on the manufacture and it's difficult to provide an accurate re-stock ETA. However, you'll find on the item's page that there's a link to click to receive email notification when the item is back in stock!

    • Does this product fit my vehicle?

      Please use the store vehicle filter to determine product compatibility. If there is no vehicle filter, then the product is a general-fit item and you'll need to use your best judgement to determine proper compatibility.

    • Product question?

      Most of the information we have for the product is already in the item's description. However, if the information you're seeking is not in the description, there is a problem with the description, or there is an omission, please Contact Us and we'll do our best to fix it right away!
