Shipping & Delivery

  • General Considerations

    We typically ship orders within one business day from the time the order was received and the payment was accepted.

    Please confirm the delivery address before placing the order. Orders can only be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of the order and we're unable to accept address changes once the order has been received.

    Items purchase together will be shipped together, unless our packaging or the contents of the order dictate otherwise.

    Some items cannot be shipped via air, including: aerosols, fuels, LiPo batteries, etc.

    Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only.

    Tracking is provided for all orders.

  • Domestic (United States) Delivery

    For standard shipping, domestic orders within the Contiguous United States are generally delivered within 4 business days from the time the order was received and the payment cleared. The shipping method and carrier or carrier delays can impact the delivery date.

  • International delivery

    Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay of delivery unless actual delivery occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the buyer’s written notification.

    The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Returns

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of the placement of an order. Returned items must be in the same condition as was received, be in an unopened and unused condition, and be returned in the original packaging. After the return request is submitted (see instructions below) we will review the request and add a Return Slip PDF with instructions and the return address to Your Returns page. A breakdown of the process is below and you'll receive email updates every step of the way.

    Returns can be refunded, either partially or fully, back to your original payment account or converted to a Voucher to be used at our store the next time you shop! Unless otherwise explicitly requested in the return request explanation box, a voucher is the default refund method. The return voucher is good for one year from the date it is issued.

To request a return:

  1. The status of your order must be "Order Shipped" Order%20Shipped%20Status.JPG or "Order Delivered" Order Delivered Status.JPG.
  2. Go to your Order History
  3. Select the product(s) you want to return by checking its corresponding checkbox
  4. Enter the quantity of the product(s) you want to return (e.g. if you ordered 3 and want to return 2, enter 2)
  5. Add an explanation to help us better understand the reason for the return. Unless otherwise explicitly requested in the return request explanation box, a voucher is the default refund method. The return voucher is then good for one year from the date it is issued. If you would like a refund back into your payment account, please explicitly state so.
  6. Click "Request Return"

Next steps:

  1. The request will be marked as "Waiting for Confirmation" on Your Returns page
  2. The return status will be updated on Your Returns page and an email will be sent with the status update
  3. If the request is approved, a Return Slip PDF with return instructions will be available on Your Returns page
  4. The status will be updated to "Package Received" once we receive it
  5. Depending on the condition of the return, we will then issue a full or partial refund or Voucher. The original shipping will be included if we were at fault.
  6. The return status will be updated and the return will be closed
